Product is used for personal and or research purposes to employ Pulsed Photobiomodulation (PBM). This is achieved via pulsed lasers of various wavelengths. The product is supplied with several preset pulse patterns and also allows the user to program their own custom pulse patterns.
 
The User can turn on and off different combinations of laser diodes for their preference For Example (Red only, Green only, Violet only).

Limited Warranty Statement
Coverage Period: This limited warranty is valid for one (1) year (12 months) from the original date of purchase by the end-user. Warranty is not transferrable.
What is Covered: Researched Elements Tech warrants that this handheld laser device is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or professional use. This includes the laser source, electronic circuitry, and housing components.
Exclusive Remedy: If a defect arises, Researched Elements Tech will, at its option, either (1) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, (2) replace it with an equivalent new or refurbished model, or (3) refund the purchase price.
If your laser stops working by no fault of your own (see exclusions below) we will cover the cost of repairs during the warranty period (We do not cover the costs for Shipping to and from our repair location).
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
Accidental damage (e.g., drops, liquid spills, or crushed screens).
Damage from misuse, neglect, or use outside of the provided operating instructions.
Normal wear and tear, including battery degradation over time.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by third parties.
Natural disasters or "Acts of God" (fire, flood, lightning).
